Michael Ditton , Founder & CEO
I started investing in real at the age of 20 knowing it was the best investment, to provide a home, for my young family. In 1997, I bought my first multi-family property and from that day forward have purchased and sold millions in real estate along with helping others with their real estate needs and investments. As an entrepreneur from the age of 8, along with a passion for real estate and real estate investments, I created and was living a life I had dreamt of but in 2007 I decided life was short, the world was big and I wanted to go live life’s adventure, so I sold it all, jumped on my sailboat, headed out of the harbor and hung a left for destinations unknown. After 9 years of sailing during the winter months and traveling during the summer months, in 2016 I sold the boat and in 2017 moved to Hawaii for 2 years before moving back to the mainland where I picked up where I left off, perusing my passion as a real estate investor. During this 9 years’ time, I had also written Dreams, Goals and Adventure, a book to inspire others to never lose sight of their dreams. I had opportunities on stage to share my successes, my failures and my story, again, hoping to inspire. Only a year after I sailed away, the itch got me and I started to purchase real estate investments again buying a Tri-Plex in Texas over the internet while camping at Anthony Chabot campground in the hills just outside of Oakland California. My wife Crystal and I also created a company to help others with personal growth, providing courses, events and of course leading by example. We want everyone to Live Life as an Adventure and Live Life on Their Terms. As for being a real estate investor and coach, this means more to me than just buildings, contracts and deals but the opportunity to provide a quality of life for my family, to build a legacy through helping others and to be part of something much bigger. To make the world a better place.
Crystal Ra Laksmi-Ditton , CoFounder
Crystal Ra Laksmi-Ditton, an explorer by nature, has traveled to over 30 countries. While studying in Oslo and Cape Town, she received her Bachelors of Social Anthropology and her Masters in Visual Cultural Anthropology from Tromso, she loves to study human nature and behavior. During these journeys she also discovered many of her hidden talents and now she shares her gifts and knowledge with others to serve the world. It is her wish to help others find their inner treasures, talents and gifts so that they too can start to create and live their dreams on their terms, without limitations. Her knowledge about human nature not only as a researcher, but also as a body-mind coach and healer for the past 20 years, created an opportunity to use all that knowledge in building our team and supporting our investors in the “real estate investment world” of Helius Capital Investments. While helping others create the FREEDOM they desire she has created her own freedom…. From a girl from a little village of Estonia coming from nothing, now living her dream life, she feels that no matter your background or dreams, all you need is conscious thoughts, words and actions, together with the right coaches, guides, mentors or partners, helping to educate and make smart choices, anyone can make their dreams come true.

Mike Wolf, friend & mentor, is a self-made freedom lifestyle entrepreneur, multimillionaire seasoned investor, and international speaker.
